RIGHT KIDNEY&URETER:

• Measures 10.9cm, parenchymal thickness of 0.94cm.
• Normal in size and lobulated in contour with parenchymal thinning.
• Mild perinephric fat stranding is noted.
• Few cortical cysts are seen in the upper pole and interpolar region, a few of these showing hyperdense/haemorrhagic contents, the largest cyst measures approximately 2.0 x 2.2 cm in the upper pole.
• There is mild prominence of the renal pelvis with adjacent fat stranding. The rest of the ureter appears normal in calibre-? Partial PUJ obstruction.
• Few partially calcified, oval shaped low density areas are seen near the pelviureteric junction-? Phleboliths.
